When The Black Horse bought the pub in 2010 there was a very small kitchen serving cold food. Since then we have come a long way and made food every party of the pub, as are the drinks.

At The Black Horse we have a range of chefs specials. These are all featured in our menu and it will be a tough decision to choose your dish. We take pride in our food and we are so passionate about cooking we put all of heart and soul into cooking the dishes we bring to you. The secret ingredient in all of our dishes is, well that would be telling now wouldn't it.
Order at the bar from our bar menu, share a platter with friends, or for more formal dining, be seated at the restaurant to order from the main menu. Just leave room for dessert, our Gulab Jamun with brandy a traditional after-dinner drink, sweetly irresistible.
